Compliant Dive Panels

Synergy designed and manufactured a versatile IMCA D037 compliant, three diver portable mixed gas diving panel with or without diver CCTV system, incorporated in a Pelican case for ease of transportation. The panel has independent HP lines for each diver, a common LP line and two common mixed gas lines. The green engraved fascia panel includes colour coded depth gauges, valves and flow lines, per diver. Individual gas analysers' with flowmeters are also provided for each diver.

The Pelican case incorporated a split screen monitor and individual video / light surface control unit. A primary 1TB hard drive recorder with USB and HDMI out is used for initial video recordings and a secondary 1TB hard drive unit is installed as a back-up unit.

Synergy designed and manufactured a versatile IMCA D040 compliant, three diver portable offshore air diving panel including diver radio, incorporated in a Pelican case. The air diving panel includes easy to read diver pneumo gauges, HP & LP gauges, regulators and crossovers valves between diver 1, diver 2 & diver 3.

Test point are also fitted on the front of the panel to allow for the calibration of the pneumo gauges, without the requirement to remove the panel from the case.

The air diving panel includes easy to read diver pneumo gauges, HP & LP gauges, regulators, and crossovers valves between diver 1 & diver 2. Test point are also fitted on the front of the panel to allow for the calibration of the pneumo gauges, without the requirement to remove the panel from the case.

The air diving panel can be supplied with a one or two diver CCTV system comprising of Outland video / light surface control unit, mini DVR for each diver and a 1TB hard disk for backing up recordings.  The CCTV system can operate on either 220vac or 12vdc electrical power supply and coloured touch controls on the panel, provide good visibility during low light conditions.

Synergy designed and manufactured a versatile two diver air dive wall mount panel for inshore use. The panel has been designed to be compact, user friendly with easy-to-read diver pneumo gauges, HP & LP gauges, regulators, and crossovers valves between diver 1 and diver 2. Test point are also fitted on the front of the panel to allow calibration of pneumo gauges without removing any of the pipework.

The Synergy two or three diver compact wall mounted panels, are built to operate with the latest ergonomic designs with the performance expected from high quality manufacturing process to the comfort of the supervisor. Each diver is provided with independent HP supply lines regulated to LP on the panel for supply downstream to the diver, and a common LP line (regulated at source) for all divers.

The air diving panel includes two easy to read diver pneumo gauges, HP & LP gauges, regulators, and crossovers valves between diver 1 & diver 2. Test point are also fitted on the front of the panel to allow calibration of pneumo gauges without the requirement to remove the complete panel from the case. 

 SY-2DP-INSHORE 

Synergy three diver wall mount panels are built to operate with the latest ergonomic designs, with the performance expected from high quality manufacturing process to the comfort of the supervisor. Each diver is provided with 3 X mix gas lines independent HP supply lines, 1 x independent HP supply line regulated to LP on the panel for supply downstream to the diver, and a common LP line (regulated at source) for all three divers. The panel is primarily designed for mixed gas but can be used for air diving when required.

The three-diver air diving panel incorporating divers Pneumo gauges, HP & LP gauges, regulators & valves, oxygen analysers and DP alarm (optional), includes 2 x Amron three-diver radios and optional, 2 or 3 diver Outland video surface control system with individual mini DVR’s and monitors. A 1TB hard disk also provides secondary back-up for all video recordings.

Divers CCTV monitors are installed at a 45 degree angle at the bottom of the panel, so that the supervisor is viewing the diver images at a downward angle, thus eliminating neck strain, even whilst sitting down.
